Commission on Uniform Legislation
Since 1892, the Uniform Law Commission has provided states with non-partisan, carefully conceived uniform laws. Each uniform act is drafted in an open and deliberative process that draws on the expertise of state-appointed commissioners, legal advisors and observers.
The statutory authority governing Connecticut's uniform law commission can be found at Connecticut General Statutes Section 2-80.
