Sec. 1-139a. Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy: Transfer of assets and records. The financial assets of the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at Central Connecticut State University are transferred to The University of Connecticut for the purposes of the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at The University of Connecticut. The records, files, intellectual property rights and copyright rights of the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at Central Connecticut State University are transferred to the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at The University of Connecticut.
