The Legislative Office Building (LOB) is connected to the Connecticut State Capitol by an underground concourse that crosses under the highway ramps and a terrace walkway that crosses over the highway ramps. The concourse is accessed from the first floor of the LOB. The terrace walkway is accessed from the third floor of the LOB.
The LOB is connected to the parking garage by an enclosed bridge that is accessed from the third floor of the LOB and the third floor of the garage.
There are ten hearing rooms in the LOB; 1A,1B,1C,1D & 1E on the first floor and 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D & 2E on the second floor. TV monitors in the walls display event schedules and locations as well as committee and office locations.
The League of Women Voters (LWV) offers tours of the LOB and the Capitol. They have a desk on the first floor at the west doors.
The cafeteria is on the first floor and is located on the first floor to the right of the four elevators.
A newsstand and an ATM are located at the beginning of the concourse on the first floor opposite the west doors.
The Office of the State Capitol Police is in Room 1300 of the LOB. Room 1300 is the last door on the left before the stairs at the end of the hallway directly opposite the ATM machine.
