AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE BEFORE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY EXECUTIVE ORDER OR DECLARATION AFFECTING BUSINESSES.

To provide businesses with ten days' notice before the effective date of any executive order or declaration that restricts a business' ability to operate or capacity to do business.
