RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION INCREASING LEGISLATIVE TERM OF OFFICE.
To increase the term of office for members of the General Assembly from two years to four years for efficiency and to save the state money by decreasing the frequency of state public financing of campaigns.
