AN ACT INCREASING HOUSING DEVELOPMENT WITHIN ONE-HALF MILE OF PUBLIC TRANSIT STATIONS.
To require municipal zoning regulations to authorize a greater density of housing development within one-half mile of a public transit station than is otherwise authorized by such municipal regulations.
