AN ACT ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT THAT EMPLOYERS PROVIDE PAID SICK LEAVE IN THE EVENT OF CLOSURE BY ORDER OF A PUBLIC OFFICIAL.

To eliminate the requirement that employers provide paid sick leave to employees in the event of closure by order of a public official.
