AN ACT CONCERNING THE PLACEMENT OF FLAGS AND CEMETERY OPERATING HOURS DURING CERTAIN HOLIDAYS.
To (1) permit the early placement of flags prior to Memorial Day and other state holidays and remembrance days, and (2) require cemeteries to permit visitors from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on such days.
