AN ACT PROHIBITING ANY REQUIREMENT THAT A FIREARM SELLER SEND A COPY OF THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF FIREARMS FORM TO THE LOCAL POLICE AUTHORITY WHERE THE FIREARM PURCHASER RESIDES.
To prohibit any redundant requirement that the seller of a firearm send a copy of the sale or transfer of firearms form related to the firearm sale to the local police authority where the purchaser of the firearm resides.
