AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES TO HOLD A REUNIFICATION HEARING WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF THE RECOMMENDATION OF UNIFICATION BY A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST.
To require the Department of Children and Families to hold a reunification hearing not later than fourteen days after a licensed psychologist recommends the reunification of a child in the temporary custody of the department with a parent or guardian.
