AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS IN THE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF A PEACE OFFICER.

To require the provision of emergency medical services to an individual who experiences an emergency medical condition or is medically unstable while in the custody or control of a peace officer.
