AN ACT PROHIBITING HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES FROM UNILATERALLY LIMITING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN.
To prohibit health insurance companies from unilaterally limiting health insurance coverage for special needs children, including health insurance coverage for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and feeding therapy services.
