AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR THE CRIME OF ABUSING AN ELDERLY PERSON.

To amend the statute of limitations for the crime of abusing an elderly person to provide that the five-year period be based on the discovery of the offense or the death of the elderly person.
