AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF RESOURCES A COMMUNITY SPOUSE OF AN INSTITUTIONALIZED MEDICAID RECIPIENT MAY RETAIN.
To increase the minimum amount of assets that may be retained by the community spouse of a Medicaid recipient who is a permanent resident of a nursing facility or medical institution.
