AN ACT CONCERNING CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM GRANTS FOR COURT-ORDERED PRIMARIES AND ELECTIONS AND FUNDING.
To (1) provide Citizens' Election Program grants in the event of certain adjourned primaries and court-ordered new elections or primaries, (2) ensure adequate funding for the program, and (3) include events at which a candidate or candidates are present in the definition of "organization expenditure".
