AN ACT REQUIRING ONLINE PREVENTION EDUCATION FOR ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM DEALER REGISTRATION.

To require the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to establish and administer, and the authorized owner of an applicant for an electronic nicotine delivery system dealer registration to successfully complete, an online prevention education program.
