AN ACT CONCERNING JUDICIAL DISCRETION IN SENTENCING FOR SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, STALKING AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
To allow courts greater discretion when sentencing survivors of domestic violence, stalking and human trafficking, recognizing these circumstances as mitigating factors.
