AN ACT CONCERNING VOLUNTARY REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES.
To permit certain municipalities to adopt variable mill rates in consultation with one or more municipalities located in the same geographic region in order to facilitate voluntary revenue sharing agreements.
