AN ACT CONCERNING THE DATES OF ADOPTION OF STATE, REGIONAL AND MUNICIPAL PLANS OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
To require adoption of the state, regional and municipal plans of conservation and development on March 1, 2030, March 1, 2031, and March 1, 2032, respectively, and every ten years thereafter.
