AN ACT CONCERNING CONSIDERATION OF GEOGRAPHIC FACTORS WHEN DETERMINING THE LOCATION FOR A PERSON'S JURY SERVICE.
To require that a potential juror's geographic proximity to the location of a courthouse be a factor in determining where the jury service is to occur, taking into consideration that a potential juror's place of residence may be in closer geographic proximity to a courthouse located in a different judicial district.
