AN ACT CHANGING THE AUTHORIZED USE OF A PARCEL OF STATE LAND PREVIOUSLY CONVEYED TO THE TOWN OF NEWTOWN.
To remove the deed restriction that a parcel of state land previously conveyed to the town of Newtown be used for economic development purposes to permit its use for open space or recreational purposes.
