AN ACT CONCERNING NONPARTISANSHIP OF STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION EMPLOYEES.
To require employees of the State Elections Enforcement Commission to adhere to the same policies regarding nonpartisanship as nonpartisan employees of the Joint Committee on Legislative Management.
