AN ACT CONCERNING CURBSIDE VOTING ACCESSIBILITY FOR ELECTORS WITH DISABILITIES OR OTHER INCAPACITIES.

To require registrars of voters to designate areas for curbside voting at polling places to assist electors with disabilities and other incapacities in casting their ballots.
