AN ACT CONCERNING RACIAL AND ETHNIC IMPACT STATEMENTS.

To provide for (1) the development of procedures for requesting and preparing racial and ethnic impact statements for certain bills before the General Assembly, and (2) access to information for the purpose of preparing such statements.
