AN ACT CONCERNING VERIFICATION OF SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRANTS' ADDRESSES.
To make verification of addresses by registrants possible by telephone, extend the period for which a person must return an address verification form and decriminalize such failure if not intentional.
