AN ACT ALLOWING STUDENTS AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION TO LIVE OFF CAMPUS.
To require institutions of higher education to allow students to live off campus during any academic year after the first academic year in which a student is enrolled at such institution.
