AN ACT CONCERNING HOMEMAKER-COMPANION AGENCIES.
To (1) require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to develop a list of approved training programs for homemaker-companion agency employees, (2) require homemaker-companion agencies to provide not less than ten hours of (A) initial training to new employees, and (B) continuing education to current employees, and (3) increase the registration fee for homemaker-companion agencies from three hundred seventy-five dollars to four hundred fifty dollars.
