AN ACT ASSESSING A CERTAIN FEE FOR DEPOSIT INTO THE FIREFIGHTERS CANCER RELIEF ACCOUNT.
To provide that telephone and telecommunications companies providing local telephone service, providers of commercial mobile radio service and providers of voice over Internet protocol service shall assess against each subscriber a fee in an amount equal to five cents per month per access line for deposit into the firefighters cancer relief account.
