AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING DISCRIMINATION MATTERS BEFORE THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

To increase the penalties for committing discriminatory housing practices and provide the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities with additional funding to hire staff assigned to investigate claims of discriminatory housing practices.
