AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT INDIAN CHILD WELFARE ACT.

To codify the provisions of the federal Indian Child Welfare Act into state law and apply its provisions to children of an Indian tribe recognized by the state of Connecticut and children of a federally recognized Indian tribe.
