AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE WAIVER OF CERTAIN PERFORMANCE BOND REQUIREMENTS.
To authorize municipalities to waive the inclusion of a contract provision requiring the issuance of a performance bond for certain projects for which the estimated cost of labor and materials is less than five million dollars.
