AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF RESOURCES A COMMUNITY SPOUSE OF AN INSTITUTIONALIZED MEDICAID RECIPIENT MAY RETAIN.
To increase from fifty thousand dollars to sixty thousand dollars the amount a spouse of an institutionalized Medicaid recipient may retain.
