AN ACT REVISING THE UNIFORM RELOCATION ASSISTANCE ACT.
To revise the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act to allow the Department of Housing or another political entity of the state, other than the municipality that issued the code violation, to determine that a resident has been displaced due to municipal code enforcement activities.
