AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF MARRIAGE ON ELIGIBILITY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE BENEFITS.
To study eligibility criteria for certain public assistance programs to determine whether marriage of a person with disabilities negatively impacts such person's eligibility for benefits and report on recommendations for necessary changes in such criteria consistent with federal law.
