AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL GRANT PROGRAM TO FACILITATE THE EXPANSION OF CERTAIN SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING AND MIDDLE HOUSING.
To establish a grant program to assist municipalities in covering costs related to public infrastructure, in order to facilitate the expansion of deed-restricted single-family housing and middle housing.
