AN ACT REQUIRING RECIPROCAL FISHING AGREEMENTS TO ACCOMMODATE LANDINGS BY COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN WITH DISABILITIES.

To require Rhode Island and New York to honor Connecticut's policy of allowing a commercial fisherman with a disability to make landings in such state even though such fisherman is not able to be aboard such vessel at the time of such landings.
