AN ACT REQUIRING ALL MUNICIPAL CHILD CARE PROGRAMS TO BE LICENSED BY THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD.
To require all municipal child care programs to have the same licensure and oversight requirements as other non-license exempt child care programs in the state.
