AN ACT CONCERNING MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD AND MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSIONS TESTING.
To (1) exempt members of the National Guard from emissions testing requirements while serving on active duty, and (2) require such members to present their vehicles for such testing not later than ninety days after concluding such active duty service and to provide proof of such active duty service.
