AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN SOLAR POWER FACILITIES AND NET METERING CREDITS FOR MUNICIPALITIES WHERE SUCH FACILITIES ARE LOCATED.
To allow certain municipalities to receive net metering credits generated by certain solar power facilities within such municipalities.
