AN ACT CONCERNING DRIVER'S LICENSE AND IDENTITY CARD RENEWALS AT VETERANS' STAND DOWN EVENTS.
To require the Department of Motor Vehicles, at Veterans' Stand Down events, to renew the driver's licenses and identity cards of veterans if such licenses or cards are due to expire within the next twelve months.
