AN ACT ELIMINATING THE EXEMPTION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE INSURANCE PROGRAM.
To remove the exemption of public employees from participation in the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program and require all public employees to pay the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program tax.
