AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF SOUND BARRIERS ALONG INTERSTATE ROUTE 95 IN THE TOWN OF FAIRFIELD.
To require the Department of Transportation to install sound barriers in the town of Fairfield to reduce the noise pollution created when the department clears trees.
