AN ACT REQUIRING THE POLICE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING COUNCIL TO REVIEW AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING MANDATES ON LAW ENFORCEMENT UNITS AND OFFICERS.
To require the Police Officer Standards and Training Council to review and make recommendations regarding mandates on law enforcement units and officers, in order to alleviate unnecessary mandates and burdens on law enforcement.
