AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH PARITY.
To require that the Insurance Department (1) establish a penalty for any health carrier in this state who does not comply with the restriction on nonquantitative treatment limitations for mental health and substance use disorder benefits, and (2) publish on its Internet web site the name of any such health carrier who fails to comply with the restriction on nonquantitative treatment limitations for mental health and substance use disorder benefits.
