AN ACT AMENDING A CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE LAND IN THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN.
To amend a prior conveyance of state land in the city of Middletown to clarify what use of the parcel is required and require the Shiloh Baptist Community Development Corporation to repay any mortgage granted on said parcel in case of its reversion to the state.
