AN ACT CONCERNING A FOSTER PARENTS' BILL OF RIGHTS AND STAFF TURNOVER REDUCTION AND BIAS TRAINING AT THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
To require the Department of Children and Families to create a foster parents' bill of rights, reduce staff and social worker turnover, and implement bias training for social workers.
