AN ACT CONCERNING A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL'S ABILITY TO REQUEST THAT THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE STOPPED FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATION CONSENT TO A SEARCH OF SUCH VEHICLE.
To permit a law enforcement official to request that the operator of a motor vehicle stopped for a motor vehicle violation consent to a search of such vehicle.
