AN ACT CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS AND USER FEES CHARGED TO HEALTH CARRIERS BY THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
To require the exchange, established pursuant to section 38a-1081 of the general statutes, to gain legislative approval before: (1) Modifying any existing assessment or user fee charged to health carriers; or (2) charging any new assessment or user fee to health carriers.
