AN ACT REMOVING THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR SOLAR PROJECTS AND RECLASSIFYING THE TAX CALCULATION OF SOLAR PROJECTS ON ONE PARCEL OF LAND.
To remove the property tax exemption for solar projects between one and seven megawatts and to qualify solar projects on one parcel of land as one solar project for tax calculation purposes.
