AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE TRAINING ACCOUNT FOR STATE SERVICE CAREER DEVELOPMENT.

To establish an account to provide funds for career development within state service. The account will cover the cost of trainings, seminars and conferences that assist participating employees in upward mobility or promotional opportunities.
